He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Clay and Marie Clay of Los Angeles; his former wives, Joanne Kerby of Worland and Mary Clay of Worland; and his stepson Mike Patrick.
He is survived by: his children, Kerby Pfrangle (Louie) and Kelly Clay (Susan Hansen); his stepson Tim Patrick (Lori); and his stepdaughter-in-law Jenean Patrick. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the Worland Senior Center.
