He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Ray and Edna Christine Bell (Dorn); his son Robert Scott; his wife Iris; his great grandchild Isabell Jean Bell; his grandson Steve W. Apodaca; and his siblings, Raymond, Danny Bell and Janelle.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen Douglas of Gillette, William Bell of Worland and Martha Lawley (Roger) of Worland; his sister Shirley Comstock of Dennision; and his grandchildren, Buckey Bell (Kari), Seinna Bell, Christine Houser, Stevie Joe Bell, Amber Rutsey (Keith), Katie Schmeltzer (Nate) and Taylor Lawley (Cayley). He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and 4 great great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bryant Funeral Home (1320 Big Horn Ave, Worland, WY 82401). A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Riverview Memorial Gardens Cemetery West River (1071 W River Rd, Worland, WY 82401).
