He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Boyd and Jo Nell Boyd (Reed); and his brother Larry Boyd. He is survived by: his wife Caroline; his children, Matt Boyd (Laurel) of Portland, Oregon, Elizabeth Boyd of Edinburg, Texas and Jared Hoaldridge (Kayla) of Fort Worth, Texas.; and his grandchildren, Adelia Boyd, Ava Cardwell, Frida, Ema, Frances Salazar and Walker Hoaldridge.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Cornerstone Methodist Church (705 Indiana St, Graham, TX 76450).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cornerstone Methodist Church Building Fund at PO Box 570, Graham, TX 76450.
