He was predeceased by: his wife Charlotte Howard (Shields); his parents, Leonard Howard and Erma Howard; his brothers, Richard and William Howard; and his children, Kara Howard and Darren Howard.
He is survived by: his children, Pam Stijovich (Dan), Linda McKean (Shawn), Thomas Howard II (Cheri), Eddie Rowland (Francis) and David Howard. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
