He is survived by: his sons, Rick Burk and Chuck Burk; his siblings, Evan Burk and Chon Goodman; his grandchildren, Vickigene, Destinee, Calvin, Nicole, Dakota, Kasandra, Cliff, Jeb, Chance, Rhys, Tomee and Stephenie; and his wife Nedra Brown. He is also survived by 30 great grandchildren.
