He is survived by: his parents, Darwin Alan Slade and Judy Lynn Norton; his wife Lorie Slade; his children, Sadie Collins (Jeremy), Derrik Slade (Calli) and Kamryn Richey (Joseph); his stepchildren, Dorian McCants and Isabelle McCants; his granddaughter Gracie Collins; and his siblings, Darwin Slade, Jr., Denton Slade and Andrea Brown. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
