He is survived by: his parents, Boyd Randall Hulsey and Jaime Natalie Szoke; his brothers, Kason, Hayes, Stratton and Cutter; and his grandparents, Sally Lynn Hulsey, Lila Anne Heap and Andrew Charles Szoke. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles and cousins.
