He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Melvin Swapp and Anna Fay Thompson; and his brothers, Nathan Ezra and Melburn. He is survived by: his siblings, Inez Swapp Hulsey, Kenneth Roy and Ronald Van Swapp; his wife Royene Hamblin; and his sons, Donald Craig, Kent M. and Darrell Lynn Swapp.
