He was predeceased by: his mother Esther Lowell; and his brother Charles, Jr.. He is survived by: his father Charles Rogers; his children, Charles, Chase, David, Luke, Celeste, Brittany and Christina; his stepsons, George and Sean; and his siblings, Ralph, Robert, Eddie, Rebecca, Debbie, Mindy and Liza. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
