She was predeceased by: her parents, Allison Adolph Brown and Hettie Ruby Peery; her husband Arnold J. "Tuffy" Slade; and her siblings, Bobby, Billy, Katherine and Raymond.

She is survived by: her children, Arnold "Tuffy" Slade (RaShae), Steve Slade (Nancy), San Tan Valley, Kendie Foster (Bret) of Eagar and Brent "BJ" Slade (Ronda). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
