He was predeceased by: his parents, Gabriel Montoya and Anita Lopez; and his son Gabe Montoya. He is survived by: his wife Betty M. Montoya; and his daughters, Sandra Johnson (Perry) and Cheryl Stradling (R. D.). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
