He is survived by: his children, Anthony "Tony" Sample, Jr., Meranda Sample and Morgan Sample; his siblings, Alfred Sample (Cathy), Gladys Jaramillo, Robert Sample, Nora Acosta (Benny), Ruben Garcia, Estella Sample, AnnaBelle Castillo (Eligio) and Yvonne Baca; and his brother-in-law Joe Acosta.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Burnham Mortuary-St. Johns (20 S Washington St, St Johns, AZ 85936). A rosary will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 2:45 PM at the St. Johns Catholic Cemetery (31658 US-191, St Johns, AZ 85936).
