George will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Though George is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. George’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his son Charles Willis; his parents, Tom Paul Willis and Leaetta Juanita Applegate Willis; and his siblings, Ray, Chuck, Tommy and Mary.
He is survived by: his wife Terry; and his children, Laura Devore, Denny R. Willis (Amanda) and Ryan J. Willis (Kelley). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, extended family and many lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that you honor George's memory by spending time with those you love, lending a helping hand to someone in need and living with the same honesty and strength that he demonstrated every day of his life.
