He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Ethington; his close friend Jackie; his siblings, Vinson Lee (Linda), Cheryl Smith (John), Fran Brower (Richard) and John Lee (Daryl); his sister-in-law Annette Lee; and also, Michael Lee (Julia), Deborah Johnson (Lance), Stephen Lee (Misti), Rebecca Adams (Brandt), Mary Maroon (Matt) and Kristie Farmer (Brenon). He is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
