He is survived by: his wife Dezma Page; his daughters, Rhonda Trickey (Dan), Christine Cochran (Jeremy), Norma Thorn (Shawn), Polly Page-Poteet (Andrew) and Kasey Page; and his sisters, Karen Fletcher and Debbie Paz.
