He is survived by : his parents, Terry Joseph Tinker and Billie Jo Higgins Tinker; his sister Chaley Hammons; his grandparents, Jim and Robbie Higgins; his great-grandparent Jodell Davis; his niece Ridgelea; and his nephew Joseph. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
