He is survived by: his children, LeRoy Baca, James Baca, Mark Baca, Eric Baca, Diana Arnold, Threse Hinshaw, Lainie Duke, Karen Bell and Tracy Baca; and his siblings, Johnny Baca, Margaret Aragon and Sophie Pena. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 40 great grandchildren.
