She was predeceased by: her brother William Joerg; her mother Hazel of Portland's Sellwood; and her husbands, Norman J. Stack and Peter Lukich Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Deborah (Jeff) and Portland; her grandchildren, Kori McElrea (Brian) and Kevin Simons (Michelle); her great grandchildren, Aiden and Beckham Simons; and her stepchildren, Peter Lukich III (Vicki), Diana Gill (Tracy) and Jim Lukich (Rhonda). She is also survived by five step-grandchildren; and eight step great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Colleen's memory to a local food bank—a cause very close to her heart.
