She is survived by: her children, Tim Smith of Spokane, WA, Terry Smith (Anne) of Spokane, WA, Julie Smith (Lindsey Barnes) of Waddell, AZ and Lori Miller (Tim) of Pembroke, NH; her stepchildren, Thomas Smith, Jr. (Kathy) of Minneapolis, MN, Greg Smith of Flagstaff, AZ, Scott Smith of Dubuque, IA, Stacie Woodward (Pat) of Farmington, NM and Brad Smith (Debbie) of Riverview, FL; and her sisters, Lucille Thiltgen of Galena, IL and Mary Ann Breitbach of Durango, IA. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established for Hospice of the Valley 1510 E. Flower St. Phoenix, AZ 85014.
