He is survived by: his wife Diane Linehan Johnson; his daughter Traci (Nate) of Dillon, Colorado; his granddaughter Josie Speerstra of Dillon, Colorado; his siblings, Cliff III (Angela) of Lakewood Ranch, Steve (Henny) of Hudson, Allen (Doreen) of Navarre, Carol (Doug) of Hudson and Michael of Huntersville; Sally Makamson, Violet and Ryan Makamson of Moscow, Idaho. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and friends.
