The memory of Eugene Norman Carlier of Surprise, Arizona, who passed away on June 23, 2025 at the age of 92, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Carlier and Eugene Carlier; his sister Helen; his former wife Marian; and his son John.
He is survived by: his wife Noelle; his children, Mike, Elizabeth (Fred), Joe (Cindy) and Susan; his daughter-in-law Anne-Marie; and his sister Dorothy. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Messinger Pinnacle Peak Mortuary. A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025.
