He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Suzanne Tibolla; his children, Michael, Valerie and Laurie; his grandchildren, Kelly, Jamie, William, Caitlin and Mackenzie; and his great grandchild Kennedy.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Frank's honor to Chance Shelter of Surprise, where he volunteered caring for animals he loved so dearly.
