He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Stark and Betty Stark. He is survived by: his wife Carla Ann Stark of Surprise, Arizona; his daughters, Tami Berringer of Phoenix and Jenny Mitchell (Otis Mitchell) of Tolleson, Arizona; his grandsons, Kyle Berringer, Justin Berringer and Jeremy Berringer; his siblings, Karen Lougthen, Richard Stark, Patty Schoder Kerns, Pam Tomasovic and Dottie Skoreonski; and his sisters-in-law, Sheryl Morris and Debbie Cook. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Surprise Funeral Care (16063 W Bell Rd, Surprise, AZ 85374). A committal service will be held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona (2929 E Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85024).
