Jack B. Bolyard Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack B. Bolyard of Surprise, Arizona, who passed away on July 15, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Jack's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Jack's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may he find rest in the embrace of eternity.

He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor. He is survived by: his brother Bruce Bolyard (Patricia Bolyard) of North Dakota; his children, Dirk Bolyard of Washington State, Steven Bolyard (Robin Bolyard) of Minnesota, Kebra Bolyard and Nathan Bolyard of Arizona; his grandchildren, Zacharry Bolyard (Gracie Bolyard) of Wisconsin, Andrew Bolyard and Justice Bolyard of Minnesota; and his great grandchildren, Oakley and Elliana Bolyard of Wisconsin.
