She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie Tate (Stephen) and Stacey Massa (Scott); her grandchildren, Ryan Massa (Hannah), Katelyn Massa, Megan Massa and Jacob Tate; her siblings, Terri Herron Levenson of Scottsdale and Lee Levenson of Henderson, Nevada.; and her cousin Linda De Meulenaere (Marty Boucher) of Phoenix.
