He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Rascon; his siblings, Raul Rascon, Armida Harrel (Victor Harrel), Jesus Rascon, Nelida Rascon, Carmen Cooley and Idalia Rascon; and his grandchildren, James Rich, Anna Rich, Amanda Rich, Jamie Rich, Allison Rich and Jacqueline Rich. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary (200 W Beardsley Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM and from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.
