He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughter Tonya Smith; his son-in-law Cliff Smith of Surprise, AZ; his grandsons, Kyle Smith of Surprise, AZ and Ryan Smith; his brother John Hove (Nora) of Tulsa, OK.; and his brother-in-law Donnie Zeilmann Rosebud (Betty).
