She is survived by: her daughters, Christal Blake, Misty Tillman and Theresa Tomasik; her grandchildren, Anthony Tomasik, Damen Tomasik, River Tomasik, Korrey Tomasik and Kyia Hogan; her granddaughters-in-law, Eliana Tomasik and Kristi Tomasik; her great grandchildren, Aiden Green, Aubreeana Tomasik, Amelia Tomasik, Kennedi David, Veronica Tomasik and River Dillon Lee Tomasik; and her sisters, Phyllis Calkins and Barbara Ankney. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
