He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonia Pace and James Baines; and his siblings, James and Donna (Messer). He is survived by: his wife Marianne (Johnsen); his children, Debra, Kathryn and Sam David; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Daniel, Madeleine and Sam; and his siblings, Douglas Dale (Cone), Dallas Mitchell, Dixie Lee (Baines) and Fred Zillner.
