He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rev. Andy W. Lay and Kathy Jo Lay; his wife Sara; his daughters, Andrea (Illinois) and Samantha (Missouri); his grandson Maddox; his stepchildren, Tserenpuntsag, Tseenyam and Tergel (California); and his siblings, Heidi Terry (California) and Jamie Lay (Colorado).
