He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Peter Beckendorf (Dick) and Helene Gertrude Leckman. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Ann Beckendorf; his sons, Scott Edward Beckendorf (Gabriela) and Jason Lee Beckendorf (Mallory); his granddaughter Quinn; his stepchildren, Kristoph and Kristina Oedman; his brother John Peter Beckendorf (Cheryl); his nephews, Josh and Brian; his stepmother Margaret "Peggy" Beckendorf; and his stepbrothers, Hugh, Bruce and Greg Wilton.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Saint John's Health Center Foundation in Rick's memory.
