He is survived by: his wife Janice Davis Mullins; his daughter Lindsay Mullins Whiddon (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Cade, Olivia and Bennett Whiddon; his sister Sheila Mullins Smith (Doron); and his siblings-in-law, Phyllis Mullins Hickle, Earl, Sondra Davis, Joyce, Carl Osseforth, Linda and Eddie Hall. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
