It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dwight C. Kramer of Ocean View, Delaware, who passed away on November 20, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kramer and Opal Kramer; and his brother Gerald Kramer. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kramer (Hale); his daughters, Katie Dede (Scott) and Amanda Miller (Mark); his grandsons, Bryan, Michael, David and Benjamin; and his sisters, Linda Monicatti and Janet Olson (Greg).
