Poloncsak; and his great-nieces, Noel L, Isabella M and Hope N. O'Brien.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the James J. Terry Funeral Home Inc. - Downingtown (736 E Lancaster Ave, Downingtown, PA 19335). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
