She was predeceased by: her father David DeHart, Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Janet DeHart; her children, Amy Thomas, Shawn Hannum and Lewis McClaskey, Jr.; her grandson Shawn Hannum, Jr.; and her siblings, Mary Walters, David DeHart, Jr., Glenn DeHart and Brian DeHart.
