He was predeceased by : his parents, Owen Cusack and Margaret Cusack Sr. (Vidovich) of Milo, ME; his sister Annie; and his brother-in-law Walter Kisock of Manahawkin, NJ.. He is survived by : his sister Marge; and his brother-in-law Sal Lama. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
