Though Wanda may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Bowen and Joyce Bowen; her brother James Bowen; and her former husband David Hill. She is survived by: her children, Matthew Hill and Jennifer Bolin; and her siblings, Melvin, Jerry and Debbie. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
