He was predeceased by: his parents, A. G. "Lou" Mazourek and Jennie Mazourek; and his siblings, Janice Oravec (Andy) and Alvin Mazourek (Diane). He is survived by: his wife Janice (Jan); his nieces, Beverly Lowman (Matt), Sharon Taylor (Mark) and Robin Kessel (Eric); and his nephew Randy Mazourek (Brook).
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM.
