He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Crystal Fulmer and Agnes Baughman Fulmer; and his wife Barbara Fulmer. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Turner (George), Philip Fulmer (Ann), Tony Fulmer (Bonnie) and Tim Fulmer (Rhonda). He is also survived by 4 children, 13 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
