He was predeceased by: his parents, Epifania and Antonio; his brother Antonio; and his sister-in-law Florence Jacome. He is survived by: his wife Annette Irizarry Jacome; his children, Jason Irizarry (Marci), Luis A. Jacome Jr. (Nicole) and Carrissa Bowyer (James); his grandchildren, Xavier, Anais, Ayden, Ryder and Blaise; and his siblings, Edwin Jacome, Alfred Jacome (Charlotte), Mryna Zapantis and Gloria Jacome. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
