He was predeceased by: Joseph Billy, Sr. and Joseph Billy, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Chad, Marc (Ashley) and Gina; and his grandchildren, Owen and Delilah.

Visitation was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Brewer & Sons Funeral Home Seven Hills Chapel (280 Mariner Blvd, Spring Hill, FL 34609). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 3447 Commercial Way, Spring Hill, FL 34606.
