He is survived by: his wife Judy Calvosa; his children, Robert Cavosa, Richard Calvosa, Raymond Calvosa, Vincent Calvosa, Daniel Calvosa and Jeannine Dayton; his sister Joan Lombardo; and his nieces, Theresa Lombardo and Karen Lombardo. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

“You were my first nephew born when I was 7 years old. I am now 94, and I remember with fond memories how you always helped my mother (Grandma Olsen), fixing her furnace and any odd jobs she needed you to do, also the huge Poinsettia you bought her every Xmas. I would babysit for you and Joan and you knocked over rocking chair and scraped your mothers floor, but, you blamed it on me. I always loved you and always will!! Love Aunt Margie Olsen Bruhn”

“We are very sad to hear about the passing of Richard, and send our deepest sympathy to his family. My husband and I were always glad to meet up with him at Nana's place. He would tell us that he met his friends there every day to have breakfast with them. When Aage and I would walk in, he would have the biggest smile on his face, proceeded by a big hug. I would always say to him you smell so good!! He really did!! Love your cousin Margie and Aage Nielsen”
