He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Ann; his father Harry Allen Miller; and his brother Douglas Allen Miller. He is survived by: his daughters, Shianna and Hailey; his mother Carolyn Miller; his siblings, Barbara Miller and Brian Miller (Gaia); and his nieces and nephews, Andrew Miller, Daniel Helmick, LaVelle Helmick and Alexandra Miller.
