He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Zahringer and Mabel Zahringer. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Zahringer; his children, Julie Schaefer (Gene), Jerry Zahringer (Nancy), Lynn Johnson (Bruce) and Lisa Dickens; and his grandchildren, Kate Schaefer, Christopher Zahringer, Jordan Schaefer, Sarah Schaefer, Jodi Johnson, Shawn Zahringer, Taylor Johnson, Adam Kingsbury and Alyssa Kingsbury. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
