He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Sloan and Lena Reunette Herrington Sloan; and his son-in-law Fred Bright. He is survived by: his children, Cinda Sloan Bright and Keith Sloan (Terri); and his grandchildren, Jonathan Bright, Jacob Bright, Madison Sloan and Mackenzie Sloan.

“In the four years that I’ve lived here in Allentown Georgia. Arnold has been a wonderful friend and neighbor helping to cut my grass and Just stopping by to say hi how are you. I found him to be a man of many talents.I don’t think I ever saw any days that Arnold wasn’t going up and down the road doing something, with his truck or his favorite little cars. My blessings are to his family and his friend Bootsy., My dog scooter ,and myself will truly miss him,”
