He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Thomas Howard and Brenda Kate Lockridge Howard. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Roszell Howard; his children, Elizabeth Howard and A. J. Howard; and his brother Leslie T. "Les" Howard (Mandi).
