She is survived by: her husband Stephen Floyd; her sons, Blayne Floyd (Kayla) and Carter Floyd (Elizabeth); her parents, Lauren M. Brack and Rebecca Tripp "Becky" Brack; her brother Jamie Brack (Kelly); and her grandchildren, Hawkins Floyd, Brady Floyd and Charlotte Floyd.
