He is survived by : his sons, Phil [Clay Phillip] Lavender (Robin), John David Lavender (Carol), Jerry Ottis Lavender and Todd Crosby Lavender; his grandchildren, Jesse Lavender (Samantha), Stuart Lavender (Tammy), Yvette Lavender-Burchfiel (Logan), Clay Lavender (Jessie) and Candace Gibson (Michael); and his wife Joyce Lavender.
