He was predeceased by: his parents, James Carlton Williams and Sarah Collins Williams; and his sisters, Annette Williams and Pamela Hinson. He is survived by: his brother Paul Williams (Misty); his sibling's children, Ashley Lee (Chris), Marleigh Jo Williams, Jamison Claire Williams and Brandon Oliver (Heather); and his great-nephews, Taylor Robinson, Bastian Oliver and Dylan Lee.
