She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Ashley and Veneree Powell McFarland; her husband John Herman Sauls; her grandson Coby James Cromer; and her siblings, Grady Ashley and Betty Lou Powell.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia H. Solano, James B. Cromer and Keith Ehrich (Joan); her granddaughter Francesca Solano; and her siblings, Danny Ray Ashley (Janice), Billy Wayne Ashley, Gladys Mobley and Latricia Manuel.
